Abstract

   The two researchers aim to investigate the possibility of enhancing the organizational commitment of human resources in a sample of individuals working in the Institute of Technical Management based on the use of decentralized performance, as well as clarifying the relationship and influence between the variables of the research by analyzing the opinions of the surveyed sample by (66) The study was based mainly on (questionnaire) , and a set of statistical measures and methods were used (weighted mean, standard deviation, relative importance, coefficient of determination, simple correlation coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, spss v.23) The analytical descriptive approach served the researcher in this research to a set of theoretical and applied conclusions, the most important of which did not affect the adoption of the Institute of Technical Management of Decentralization and its dimensions in the commitment of its organizational members, indicating their commitment stems from a moral commitment and continuity and emotional, Delegation, empowerment and lack of administrative focus
