Public funds and methods of civil protection

Abstract

Public funds are real estate and movable property that are owned by the state or a legal entity , and which are allocated for the public benefit actually or under the law. Due to their importance , the legislator has identified several ways to protect them , including constitutional , administrative , and penal protection , in addition to civil protection , the subject of our article , which is :  Removing it from the circle of dealing recognized by the civil laws of individual ownership , so that these funds are not disposable , cannot be acquired by prescription , or can be seized .
