United Nations indicators for measuring e – government: Assessment of the situation of the Republic of Iraq
Abstract
E-management represents a cultural and cultural shift for societies. It has become fast in all
countries of the world to become mandatory, as its scope of influence has expanded to include all
political, economic and social aspects, and from this standpoint and the importance of the topic and
modernity discussed the concept of e-government to highlight the objectives of e-government and the
role that play in raising the level of quality and efficiency in the performance of government agencies
using modern technologies and identify the most important strategic dimensions adopted in achieving
strategic success as the research starts from the problem There is no local assessment of the level of
e-government in Iraq according to specific criteria and can be indicated with the level of progress
compared to what has reached the countries of the world, therefore, was based on the analytical
national approach in the study
