الرقابة البرلمانية على اعمال الإدارة بين النص والتطبيق في العراق
Abstract
تعد الرقابة البرلمانية صورة من صور الرقابة السياسية اذ تتحقق هذه الرقابة عندما تقوم سلطة سياسية بممارسة الرقابة على اعمال الإدارة, وتعد هذه الرقابة سياسية سواء من حيث السلطة التي تقوم بها او من حيث الاثار المترتبة عليها.
