الاقتصاد والتبعية السياسية..... حقيقة أم خيال
Abstract
سوف يكون عصرنا هو العصر الذي شهد نهاية عهد الأسواق التي تنظم نفسها ذاتياً ، فهناك مئات الملايين من البشر الذين اكتووا بنار التضخم ، وأصبح مبدأ تثبيت أسعار الصرف هو حجر الأساس في الفكر السياسي لدى الحكومات والشعوب. كما اصبح سداد الديون الأجنبية إضافة الى تثبيت سعر الصرف أساساً للقرارات السياسية الرشيدة ؛ بل اصبح عدم الإضرار بمصالح القطاع الخاص وعدم الإخلال بالسيادة القومية لا يمثلان تضحية كبرى في سبيل الحفاظ على نظام مالي متكامل .
