Abstract
This research concentrates on a scientific models used for evaluating the common stocks. Which is (Gorden Models).
In order to improve the Hypothesis of the research, the researcher selected the Iraq stock exchange for the practical purpose, this required a selecting Intended a sample consisting of (7) firms stocks.
The research reached to many conclusions, the most important among them is agreed essentially with impossibility of depending on the (Gorden Model) to evaluate the common stocks, Because it is not suitable to Iraqi environment conditions.
