Abstract
This research deals with the subject of organizational innovation and its impact in production quality improvement at public company for Electrical Industries \ AL - Waziriyah.
The research has been applied and test by a questionnaire of a sample from the company that mentioned above . Aconnection and effect relation has been found between the two variables.
