هدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل وتقييم كفاءة البنك المركزي العراقي في إدارة أدوات السياسة النقدية وأثرها على النمو الاقتصادي في ظل التحديات التي يفرضها الاقتصاد الريعي، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، والمنهج القياسي باستخدام انموذج الإبطاء الزمني الموزع (ARDL) وبرنامج (E-views) لتحليل البيانات السنوية للمدة (2004-2024)، وتم اختيار (المعروض النقدي X1، نسبة الاحتياطيات السائلة X2، وسعر الفائدة X3 كمتغيرات مستقلة)، و(معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي Y كمتغير تابع).
