Abstract

The research aims to determine the level of service quality that Asiacell provides to its
customers and its ability to achieve a competitive advantage in outperforming its
competitors, by polling the opinions of a sample of customers that have reached (82)
customers whose questionnaires have been distributed and which have adopted (24)
paragraphs for the dimensions of service quality and feature dimensions Competitiveness,
and there was an effect of statistically significant quality of service on achieving
competitive advantage.
