Abstract

The studies and the researches have talked about the subjects of marketing knowledge and managing time, management but it has not talked about the components of knowledge and marketing balance and the importance of time management in touristic organization, it represented the intellectual philosophical frame of this study, so many general and private inquiries were raised, the general inquiries were about the level of the study variables, while the private ones were about the problem of the study, the purpose of answering them was to evoke an intellectual, theoretical philosophy for those variables because it is considered as one of the modern subjects in the Iraqi touristic section.
