Abstract

   This research  seeks to determine the relationship (correlation and effect) between the philosophy of the blue ocean strategy as a tool to achieve a competitive advantage, especially since most industries today involves under ocean strategy  red representing

    most industries today, they Industries frequent and are very much present in the world of business and be the basis for success strengthstrong competition and vessels, which depend on the specific skills by differentiating the product and reduce costs and improve quality, but achieve research the researcher designed questionnaire included (30) items to collect Almatomat sample consisting of (34) Single. In light of this, was to collect and analyze data and test hypotheses using statistical software ( spss.16) Many were used statistical methods to achieve the goals of the research, including multiple regression analysis and simple, and research has reached a number of results, namely:

   A significant correlation between the Blue Ocean Strategy and achieving competitive advantage.

ــ A significant Influence of the Blue Ocean Strategy in achieving competitive advantage in the company in question.

Depending on the conclusions reached by the research has provided a number of proposals are consistent with these findings.
