Abstract

 The foreign finance resources ( loans , grants , aids , and foreign investment ) play an important role in financing economic activity of the for the countries of the world, particularly developing ones ,but the lack= of  a developed monetary and financial channels limitation=in most of these countries , and a weak banking system suffering from a decreased public confidence , are considered as the main obstacles facing the developing countries in their efforts to finance the economic development and causing negative effects on their economies
