Abstract
The study aims to identify the contrition extent of the organizational trust in the basic government schools of Amman Governorate from the point of view of teachers . The study sample consisted of (147) teachers . The organizational confidence questionnaire is used to collect the data after verifying its validity and stability. (3.24). There were no significant differences at a significant level (0.05) due to gender variables, experience and scientific qualification of the members of the research sample.
