Applying continuous improvement strategies - A case study at the Central Bank of Iraq
Abstract
The importance of the research was embodied in the fact that the strategies of
continuous improvement are of strategic importance in raising the work and responding
to the reality of the Central Bank of Iraq, which is always seeking improvement, which
prompted the researchers to choose strategies for continuous improvement to support the
Central Bank of Iraq, as the research started from a problem which is the bank’s desire
for improvement and the difficulty of gradually climbing towards excellence with a view
to Measuring strategies for continuous improvement in the central bank, and this is done
by building checklists for each strategy of continuous improvement. The research reached
a set of conclusions, most notably the need for the Central Bank of Iraq to holding training
courses on real-time production which would push the bank to adjust their operations and
operational decision-making processes in a timely manner.
