Abstract
This research contributes to illustrate the impact of organizational energy in hotel organizations looking for success and excellence in the business environment for the purpose of penetrating the entire tourist markets, and for the purpose of drawing policies and fixed rules must be framed by management strategies that contribute to creativity and achieve goals and a future vision of its position among competing organizations and thus achieve efficiency. A number of general questions were raised to determine the level of importance of the research and specific questions that expressed the problem of the research. To determine the level of research variables and the selection of hypotheses, a number of non-parametric statistical methods were used to analyze and process data and information, based on ready-made statistical programs (SPSS).
