The origin of the financial transactions is permission except what is stated in sharee'ah, which is haram. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): "Allah has allowed selling and forbidding rib."[Al-Banaras 275] The trading of shares is a sale and purchase of a Shari reward. However, some commercial transactions are not without some of the Shari prohibitions, We have learned that trading in shares is no longer limited to the founding shareholders of companies. Rather, the shares have become financial trading papers that are confered in the local and international markets without any legal supervision.
