الذكاء المنظمي: فكرة معاصرة في إدارة أزمات الأعمال
Abstract
Organizational Intelligence in crises business administrative (OICBA) is the capacity of an organization to mobilize all of its brain power, and focus that brain power on achieving the mission. OICBA needs to be comprehensive, realistic, prescriptive, sympathetic and developmental.
The working model of OICBA consists from seven key dimensions, such as: strategic vision, shared fate, appetite for change, heart, alignment and congruence, knowledge deployment, and performance pressure.
The ability to rise above the confusion and declare a sense of what really counts, and then to stay focused on achieving that, is indeed an element of intelligent leadership that is crucially needed to achieve organization intelligence in crises business administrative.
