أثر الإدارة الرشيقة على الإبداع التنظيمي - دراسة ميدانية في الشركة العامة للمنتوجات الغذائية في بغداد

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي تلعبه الإدارة الرشيقة في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى توافر مقومات الإدارة الرشيقة (التحسين المستمر، العمل القياسي، ستة سيجما) وتجديد مدى قدرتها على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بأبعاده المختلفة (قابلية التغيير وتشجيع الإبداع والحساسية للمشكلات، ومعرفة مدى ملائمة هذا الأسلوب للعمل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن للإدارة الرشيقة دور كبير في تحقيق الإبداع التنظيمي للمنظمات، وتوصي الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام والتوسع في استخدام أدوات الإدارة الرشيقة (التحسين المستمر، العمل القياسي، ستة سيجما) لما لها من أثر واضح في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في المنظمة، والعمل على تذليل كافة المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيقها.
