Abstract

      Our research presents a study demonstrated the role of authority accreditation in developing the functional performance efficiency in the state company for fertilizers industry middle region "area". This has been done under the managers view points and their staff through interviewing their opinions and what has been discussed in the company mentioned above, then analyzing them. An essential problem related to this study has been remedied which is that the one-side restricted control of authority, i.e. under the manager's control only , leads to have a power over all authorities, a matter that may limit all the other workers' abilities and may later affect on the success and arms of the organization .

       The present study aims at diagnosing the actual (real) environment for practicing authorities through out accrediting them in the organization under study and its effect on the efficiency and performance related to it . Then it also aims to clarify the nation of authority accreditation as an official work and its positive role in the functional performance efficiency in the organizations, in general, and the one under study in particular.

      One of the essential results which have been deduced here is that the manager's in accurate follow – up for the personal and commissions that have been accredited for authority results in creating some recommendations which don't serve the official work in the organization being chosen . Furthermore, the procedures followed in the organizational units is also weak, and it is the result of the manager's humble observations of the novel changes which have been brought to the procedures of the modern official work.

        A number of recommendations have also been stated. Among them is that the authority accreditation should be given to the professional and efficient persons who have a long good official and scientific experience. Another recommendation is to make all managers and candidates of authority participate in the developing sessions that suit the position they occupy or are prepared for it.
