Abstract

Our research sheds light on private sector workers, especially those who graduate from our college and work in local tourist companies. We intend to choose them as our study samples to represent the bare corner of the market and tourism work with rapid semi-daily development. We want to clarify how the graduates benefit from soft skills and language competence to get a specific job, whether independent or dependent. Here, it is our turn to answer the questions and others besides the questionnaire prepared for this purpose.
