Abstract

Working individuals need different styles of leadership in order to activate the organization’s work properly and properly. Administrative leaders face different types of pressures as a result of intense competition and fluctuation in the movement of work due to the different expertise and skills that workers have that may hinder the progress of the organization, so this attempt came. Research to demonstrate the role of comprehensive leadership in enhancing organizational flexibility among workers, a survey study of a number of employees at Salah al-Din University / Erbil, in order to address the failures that the organization is exposed to and to identify the most prominent solutions that may contribute to activating the organization's flexibility in the correct manner, making it a leader in its work compared to its peers Of the other organizations working with it in the same field
