تأثير سلسلة التجهيز الذكية في تعزيز الاداء المستدام

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد تأثير سلسلة التجهيز الذكية، بأبعادها الأربعة (المجهزة بالأجهزة، المترابطة، التعاونية، المرنة)، في تعزيز الأداء المستدام بأبعاده الثلاثة (الاقتصادي، البيئي، والاجتماعي)، وتم تطبيق البحث في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية والإلكترونية كمجتمع للدراسة، إذ تم أختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (285) فرداً، مع تحليل البيانات واستخراج النتائج، واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام البرامج الجاهزة (SPSS.V.28)، (AMOS.V.26)، (Microsoft Excel.V.2010) لتحليل البيانات باستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية مثل الوسط الحسابي المرجح، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الاختلاف، ومعامل الارتباط (Pearson)، ومعامل الانحدار، واختباري (T) و(F)، أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين سلسلة التجهيز الذكية بأبعادها والأداء المستدام بأبعاده، مما يؤكد أهمية التحول نحو سلسلة التجهيز الذكية كوسيلة لتعزيز الأداء المستدام للمؤسسات، واستخلصت من النتائج عدة استنتاجات أهمها أن المنظمات التي تتبنى سلسلة التجهيز الذكية تكون أكثر قدرة على بناء شراكات تعاونية مستدامة، وترسيخ ثقافة الابتكار المؤسسي، وهو عامل حاسم في تحقيق أهداف الاستدامة والتنافسية على المدى الطويل.
