Abstract

The research aims to study and analyze the factors affecting the acceptance of
employees (in private schools) for electronic management. Staff includes managers and
assistants. The study uses some factors of the technological acceptance model suitable for
the study and the research community. Each factor was investigated individually and the
correlation of factors was studied. Sixty-five questionnaires were distributed to faculty
members in secondary schools, and 15 were excluded for not answering all questions
fully. The results showed that the perceived benefit factor of electronic management was
more weight than other factors. Research is recommended to increase reliance on
electronic management in the research community and increase awareness of the
importance of electronic management and the organization of training courses for
teachers in secondary schools in general.
