Academic leadership and its impact on the quality of institutional performance An exploratory study for a sample views of the professors of tourism education institutions in Iraq

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to diagnose (relationship and impact) academic leadership dimensions (creativity, empowerment of human resources, strategic vision, process challenge, moral encouragement) in achieving the quality of institutional performance as well as to clarify the impact relationship between the study variables in a sample of tourism education institutions in The questionnaire was the main tool for data collection as well as personal interviews with deans, assistants, department heads and staff of the researched colleges.
