Knowledge Management Components in Palestine Hotel Analytical Study

The research seeks to analyze the knowledge management
components that are concerned with improving the knowledge of hotel
organizations in order to improve the performance of their service
activities, and to identify weaknesses in the knowledge process. These
cognitive ideas were applied at the Palestine Hotel for the purpose of
producing practical results that prove the validity of the knowledge
processes in determining the knowledge level.
