The impact of talent management on achieving strategic leadership: an applied study on the employees of the Rusafa Education Directorate 1

The current research sheds light on a number of objectives, the most important of which is diagnosing the relationship and the impact between talent management through its dimensions (attracting talent, managing talent performance, developing talent, preserving talent) and strategic leadership through its dimensions represented by (creativity, growth, vision, Seizing Opportunities) in the General Directorate of Education Rusafa/1, and its importance lies in tackling a realistic problem by making use of applied indicators for the exploitation of talented people and the nature of their relationship to achieve strategic leadership. It was also represented in the extent of the impact of talent management in its dimensions in achieving strategic leadership, as it has relied on the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection, whose paragraphs were formulated based on tight standards. Departments, People’s Officials) by (65) valid questionnaires for statistical analysis, and the most important conclusions reached by the researcher were the existence of a significant correlation between talent management and strategic leadership, and that their impact increases with their presence together, and this is evidence of the distinguished role played by talent management and its dimensions in Adopting strategic leadership practices and one of the most important recommendations is to direct the attention of the higher management in the directorate to spread a culture of interest in talented individuals and work to attract, develop and preserve them by providing all material and moral motives by increasing their loyalty towards the directorate.
