The study aimed to test the impact of the most stimulating work characteristics of employees in its five dimensions (diversity of skills, importance of work, verification of work identity, independence and reverse nutrition) in talent managemet strategy by its dimensions (attracting talent, developing talent, retaining talent). To achieve the objectives of the study, the data needed for the study were collected through a questionnaire developed by researchers after reviewing several previous studies, and distributed to a simple random sample of (250) workers in Islamic banks operating in the city of Amman. A 168-resolution resolution has been recovered, accounting for 67 per cent of the total. Of the total number of distributions. The study found a high level of application for the dimensions of the characteristics of work, in addition to a high level of application for talent management, as indicated by the study's results to the existence of a relationship and a morally significant effect between the dimensions of the characteristics of the work combined and individual (except verification of the identity of the work) in the management of talent, There is also a relationship of significant moral impact between age and educational attainment in talent management, and the relationship of influence in terms of gender and length of service has not been established.
