السياسة المالية ودورها في تحفيز التنويع الاقتصادي في العراق

يهدف البحث الى تناول دور السياسة المالية في تنويع الاقتصاد العراقي وتحفيزه من خلال استخدام ادواتها المالية المتمثلة بالإنفاق الحكومي والايرادات ومنها الإيرادات الضريبية واعتمد البحث على الأدوات التحليلية لتقييم أداء السياسة المالية ودورها في عملية تحفيز التنويع الاقتصادي خلال المدة (2010-2022) وذلك لما للسياسة المالية من دور فاعل في التصدي للالمشكلات والتحديات التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد. وتوصل البحث ان الاقتصاد العراقي يعاني من عدم التنويع الاقتصادي بل يعاني من تركز الإيرادات والصادرات على القطاع النفطي وبنسبة تصل الى اكثر من 90%. مما أدى الى تأثره بشكل كبير بالصدمة المزدوجة لعام 2020 فضلا عن ضعف السياسات المالية المحفزة التي اتخذت للتقليل من هذه الآثار. كما قدم البحث مجموعة من الحزم التحفيزية للسياسة المالية التي نساعد في التخفيف من حدة الريعية واحادية الاقتصاد وتعزز التنويع والنمو المستدام
