Abstract

          Brilliant leadership plays an important role in the interaction between employees and the work environment in the organization. Being a motivator to perform work well in line with the organization’s goals through the three behaviors (open, closed, and flexible), In addition to the impact of using these behaviors in its investment and exploratory activities in achieving strategic superiority, Because of its ability to reduce the decline in employee performance, improve productivity, and solve problems that occur during work,Therefore, the need emerged for skilled leadership with its three behaviors in managing work in order to enhance the organization’s position Strategy and facing challenges, as well as sustaining competition with similar organizations in the work environment,And identify proposals that seek to achieve the possible benefit of skillful driving behaviors with the aim of providing A knowledge base, a roadmap, and future support to guide employees to implement the drawn-up plans and achieve their goals.
