The solidity of the banking structure has become essential to building a prosperous economy that adopts modern systems and sustainable development. Therefore, the banking system's role in any economy is to provide mechanisms and channels that support sound banking planning. Banking planning is fundamentally a mental process and a cognitive inclination toward preventive action, as planning involves thinking before acting and taking action in light of facts and estimates. Through planning, bank management aims to achieve profit objectives and reduce potential risks. The function and importance of banking planning, particularly long-term planning, grow in the banking world, as the environment in which banks operate is rapidly changing and creates a high degree of uncertainty in bank management's decision-making process.
