التدقيق الرشيق

تتم عملية التدقيق الداخلي التقليدية بخطط استراتيجية قصيرة او بعيدة المدى حسب الرؤى المستقبلية للادارة وهو مايعرف ( بالشلال ) واثبتت هذه الطريقة بأنها صارمة وتستغرق وقتا طويلا مع وجود مساحة صغيرة للتواصل بين اصحاب المصلحة (المساهمين ) كما ان متطلبات الامتثال والامن بحاجة الى تغير بأستمرار وان الزبائن والمدراء التنفيذيين بحاجة الى مزيد من التأكيد بأن اصولهم الرئيسة محمية من المخاطر السيبرانية الحديثة لذا فأن المنهج التقليدي للتدقيق اصبح غير كاف وان جهاز التدقيق الداخلي بحاجة الى منهج جديد يستوعب اضطرابات السوق والتغيرات التنظيمية والتهديدات غير المتوقعة للأمن السبيراني او خصوصيية البيانات .
ان اعتماد منهج رشيق في التدقيق الداخلي يؤدي الى تقليل تكاليف التدقيق وتوافر الوقت مع تحسين الجودة الشاملة للتدقيق فضلا عن زيادة التواصل والمرونة والقدرة للاستجابة الى احتياجات العمل بما يؤدي الى تمكين الادوار الفردية .
