The current research aims to test the relationship and effect between its variables (transactional leadership, quality of decision-making) in the men's clothing factory in the province of Najaf. The questionnaire is a central tool for collecting data and information related to the research problem in the researched organisation, and the current research targeted the employees in the men's clothing factory, as (76) questionnaires were distributed to the individuals working in the researched organisation, and (69) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis.
