Abstract

This research aims to identify the extent of the application of change
strategies in achieving the requirements of the development of
managers’ performance in the company, and to identify the extent of
factors and variables that affect with the application and practice of the
pattern of change strategies in the company. Change in performance
development and whether there is a significant correlation between the
two variables. The researcher tested the two hypotheses (there is a
statistically significant relationship between the application of the
pattern of change strategies and the achievement of performancedevelopment requirements) and there is a relationship between ethylene
change strategies in achieving performance development. The research
was based on the descriptive analytical method and the use of statistical
package (spss) to analyze the data. Affecting with the application of style
change strategies in PTC
The research has reached a number of recommendations, the most
important of which are: activating the pattern of change strategies and
its practice to address the constraints and determinants that affect with
the application of the pattern of change strategies.
