Abstract

The research aims to clarify the relationship between hexagonal diffraction standards and banking services by testing the effect of hexagonal diffraction standards in improving the quality of banking services provided and their impact on improving the efficiency of the Iraqi economy and its steady growth, similar to its peers from the developed world economies such as Shanghai and Malaysia through management tools Quality, especially the hexagonal diffraction, because of its impact on improving many of the operations of service organizations, which will eventually contribute to the effectiveness and growth of this sector. The approach used in writing the research is the exploratory comparative approach between the two banks through a survey of the opinions of the sample in the two banks through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose by relying on academic sources and previous studies of researchers. Proceeding from the problem that was embodied by a number of questions that the research is trying to answer, a hypothesis was developed for the research and the hypotheses of correlation and influence were formulated in light of that, which were tested to ensure their validity. A set of results were reached, the most important of which is that the hexagonal diffraction criteria help in improving design processes, reducing defects in products, reducing product rejection rate, and improving customer satisfaction.
