الملخص

يهدف البحث إلى بناء مفهوم واضح لتاثير التسويق الحركي في الحد من الشيخوخة التنظيمية في المصارف العاملة بمدينة زاخو من خلال بناء إطار معرفي يربط بين الثقافة الداخلية والتجديد التسويقي ، إذ تتمثل مشكلة البحث من خلال تصاعد حدة التحديات البيئية وانحسار قدرة المصارف على التنبؤ بمتطلبات الزبائن المتغيرة، مما أدى إلى بروز مظاهر "الشيخوخة التنظيمية" والجمود البيروقراطي الذي يهدد مركزها التنافسي إذ تسعى هذه المصارف بالارتقاء والارتفاع بالثقافة الداخلية بما تمتلك من قيادات تسعى الى التطور والتجديد ومواكبة التغييرات السوقية والاستجابة للاحداث والتطورات السوقية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، حيث جرى توزيعها على عينة من العاملين واسترجاع (62) استمارة صالحة للتحليل. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث واختبار فرضيات الارتباط والتأثير، استُخدمت مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في (التكرارات، الانحرافات المعيارية، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، واختبار الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد) عبر برنامج SPSS. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتسويق الحركي في تقليص مظاهر الشيخوخة التنظيمية، مما يحتم على المصارف تبني أساليب تسويقية مرنة لمواجهة مخاطر عدم اليقين في السوق. واختتم البحث بمجموعة من المقترحات كان أبرزها المصارف المبحوثة عليها العمل على تفعيل دور القيادة التسويقية داخل الهيكل الإداري آلية التنفيذ: إشراك القيادات التسويقية في صناعة قرارات التطوير وإدارة التغيير، وتدريب القادة على تطبيق مبادئ التسويق الحركي في إدارة فرق العمل. الأثر: خلق بيئة محفزة للمبادرات الداخلية التي تدعم التوجهات التسويقية الحديثة .
