Abstract

Media promotion plays a vital role in the tourism industry by attracting tourists to various destinations around the world through the use of social media platforms, employing images, videos, news, commentary, and other media arts to shape perceptions of tourist destinations and make them more appealing to the target audience. It provides travellers with valuable information and insights about destinations, enhances knowledge in trip planning effectively, helps in selecting suitable accommodations, and explores the best attractions, thereby improving visitor experiences, which in turn contributes to economic growth, revenue generation, job creation, support for local businesses, and credibility building between tourists and potential tourist destinations. It also creates awareness and influences public decisions, encouraging them to engage in tourist activities.
