The research aims to shed light on the analysis of the relationship and influence between the voices of workers and awareness. And since The research problem was represented in an important question, which is (Is there a relationship and influence between the voices of workers and strategic awareness) and for the purpose of explaining the relationship between the main research variables, two main hypotheses were formulated for correlation and influence. The questionnaire was also adopted as a main tool for data collection, as the sample included (40) employees out of a total community of (53) in Rabban Al Safina Company, and for the purpose data analysis, the statistical program SPSS and EXCEL were used, and the statistical methods used are (Spearman's correlation coefficient and simple linear regression coefficient) . The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are (there is a high level of workers’ voices in enhancing strategic awareness in Raban Al Safina Company, and the existence of a moral and direct correlation relationship between the voices of employees and strategic awareness) , and the research puts forward a set of recommendations, most notably the need for the company to seek to Paying attention to the voices of employees and their influence in promoting and developing the strategic awareness of the company and involving them in solving administrative and organizational problems .
