Abstract

The quality management is one of the important subjects  It is an approach for the development of production and work and because of the possibility of some statistical methods using  the analysis and  case study  of the production state and performance level  will be some of those statistical tools briefly study and apply the  six sigma approach and control charts to Evaluate the production and performance of sections in a production departments  and the development of the most important conclusions and recommendations.
