يهدف البحث الى التعرف على إستراتيجية تخطيط وتدريب الموارد البشرية للوقاية من الأزمات من وجهة نظر المديرين ، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في معالجة متغيراته ، وأطرت مشكلة البحث بمجموعة تساؤلات تسهم في تحديد العلاقة والتأثير . ولبلوغ الهدف المذكور تم بناء مخطط فرضي يضم المتغير المستقل (التخطيط ، التدريب) والمتغير المعتمد (الأزمات) ، وفي ضوء ذلك تم صياغة فرضيتين رئيسة تنبثق عنها فرضيات فرعية . وقد طبق البحث على عينة قصدية قوامها (30) مديراً وأعدت إستبانة لأغراض جمع البيانات تضمنت محورين ، وغطت (43) فقرة للقياس . وبناءاً على قياس متغيرات البحث وتشخيصها واختبار علاقات الارتباط والتأثير تم التوصل الى مجموعة من الإستنتاجات والتوصيات أبرزها أن متغير تخطيط الموارد البشرية يحظى باهتمام متوسط من قبل الجامعة وقد ساهم في هذه الاهمية تركيز الادارة على مرحلة تحديد الطلب من الموارد البشرية . كما تم التوصل الى عدد من التوصيات أهمها أنه لا بد أن تعمل الجامعة على دعم عملية بناء استراتيجية تخطيط وتدريب الموارد البشرية باستهداف مراحل تخطيط الموارد البشرية جميعها والتي تعمل في ظل بناء كلي وتأثيرها يكون في الوقاية من الازمات وهي مجتمعة اكثر من تأثير كل مرحلة على حدة .
