This research analyses how digital marketing influences health and physical fitness promotion, leveraging applications and digital content to encourage healthy behaviours. The study adopts an analytical and descriptive approach, utilising an electronic questionnaire to gather data from participants across various provinces in Iraq. The research aims to scrutinise the impact of using fitness apps and engaging with digital content while assessing how electronic marketing campaigns contribute to adopting healthy lifestyle habits. Employing an analytical-descriptive methodology, data collection occurs through an electronic questionnaire, with analysis conducted using the statistical program SPSS Ver.23. Comprising 15 multiple-choice questions, the questionnaire's relationships are scrutinised using ANOVA and the Correlation Test. Ultimately, the hypotheses are validated, successfully addressing the research questions. Results highlight a substantial impact of electronic marketing, through applications and digital content, on promoting healthy behaviours and increasing physical activity levels. The study affirms the crucial role of adopting effective digital marketing strategies in promoting health and physical fitness.
