The present research seeks to show the role of the empowerment strategy
(independent variable) by its dimensions: (availability of information, strength, rewards,
and knowledge) in achieving administrative creativity (dependent variable) dimensions
(fluency, flexibility, originality, and acceptance of risk). The research problem was posed by
the researchers' questions, the most important of which is the administration's awareness
of the importance of the implementation of the empowerment strategy, and its impact on
achieving administrative creativity through the formulation of two main hypotheses, the
first indicated a significant correlation between the strategy of empowerment and
administrative creativity. Significant effect between empowerment strategy and managerial
innovation.
